A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is due at time of booking. The remainder of the balance is due 2 weeks before the actual event

If event/picnic is scheduled within two weeks of the event, the full amount will be due at contract signing. 

1. We require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee to secure a booking. Booking fee is non-refundable no matter the reason

2. Total fee for the event is the day of the event 

3. 75% of the total event fee will be charged if event/picnic is cancelled within the 2 week period. 

4. In the event of bad weather for outdoor events (picnic or any other type of event where event design service is being provided), Sol to Soul Picnics & Event Design reserves the right to refuse to set-up. The owner/owners will try their absolute best to relocate the picnic/event to another location. Alternative plans or rescheduling should occur 48 hrs prior to the booking so no extra costs are accrued. Bookings which are paid in full that require cancellation due to bad weather, will be required to re-schedule within a 3 month period.  

5. Rescheduled dates are subject to availability.

6. Cancellations within 24 hr time frame and/or no-shows will not be refunded any of the payment

In the event of rain on the day of your picnic/event, client has up to 48 hours before the time of the event to decide if they want to move the event/picnic to an alternate location or reschedule the event.

Client has a 3 month limit after the cancelled event for rescheduling and picnic/event must be of equal or greater value. 

Clients original 50% booking retainer fee will be applied to rescheduled event. 

  • Pillows & Blankets are washed (or dry cleaned if applicable) after each event
  • All surfaces are sanitized after complete set up
  • Masks & gloves are worn during set up & clean up
  • 1 personal sized hand sanitizer per guest
  • Flatware, glassware, and dinnerware is all washed after each event

Of course! Pets are welcomed with open arms, however, there is a $30 non-refundable cleaning fee for luxury picnics, when bringing a pet.

We create a completely customized picnic for you based off of your color preferences, theme, style, guest count, etc. Our picnic packages are curated and based off of your unique desires. 

We deliver, set up, and style your picnic that will be ready for your upon your arrival. We will wait for your arrival and then leave you to enjoy your picnic for the arranged time frame.  You are responsible for the items until we arrive at the pre-arranged time. Once we arrive, you are free to leave.

We do not provide food/drinks. However, we do have a list of select vendors that you can order from and have delivered to you.
